New House

Bismillah WalhamduliLlah.

It's been a while...quite a long time since my last post. I'd really busy with all commitment especially my office work.

Some more, I'm no more in 'space' since moving to new house in Desa Petaling. We chose not to continue Streamyx service as new house means new rental fees. We're currently paying RM730.00 per month for the house with expected increase in utilities (2 airconds maa...). Our first month TNB's bill was RM83.00. Fuh...

Location is great actually. It is near to KL, next to Cheras with nearby options of access to PJ and Subang through NPE or Federal Highway. Although if we look at our building from outside, it is 'eyes soring'. The paint is not maintained well but the management is actually still doing their jobs in terms of monitoring safety, pool, cleaning etc. Of course only if all the residents pay their maintenance fees.

The neighbourhoods are mainly Chinese but there are quite a number of Malay and Muslims community down there. There is a big mosque named Al-Khasyi'in, and also a primary school there. Buses and taxis are around. Shop lots, restaurants (although limited for Muslim foods), car wash, laundry, sport center are all available. No big shopping complex but DVDs' can be buy easily for entertainment. It really up to date. I bought Wolverine even before it came out; and so damn clear! Huhu...

For our unit; I don't have a single pic yet to show the inside of our house. It is nice. The owners are Chinese and for me, they're really taking care of the cleanliness. When we moved in, I could see there was no single dust. And it signalled me that the owner for sure wanted me to maintain the house as they did. Wow! What a challenge.

Until now, both mine and my wife's family members had visited us. They also gave positive feedback about the house. I think if me and my wife are going to permanently work in KL, we want to buy the house. Either for us to stay or rent, yet to decide. But the rate is acceptable with profitable return expected in rental or reselling. According to our house agent, the area is considered hot.

I hope it can be materialise one day...welcome to my house (friends and family only ya...)
